By booking an appointment, visiting our shop, or using our website, you agree to the following terms.

1. Services Provided

Chevo’s Auto Repair provides professional automotive repair and maintenance services. This includes diagnostics, oil changes, brake work, engine service, and more. All services are performed by qualified technicians.

2. Appointments & Cancellations

  • Appointments: Schedule online, by phone, or in person.
  • Late Arrivals: More than 15 minutes late may result in rescheduling.
  • Cancellations: Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

3. Estimates & Payment

  • All estimates are provided before work begins.
  • We will not proceed without your approval.
  • Payment is due upon completion. We accept cash, major credit cards, and contactless payments.
  • Prices may vary depending on labor and parts required.

4. Warranty & Liability

Most services come with a limited warranty on parts and labor. Warranty does not cover pre-existing damage, manufacturer defects, or third-party interference.

5. Vehicle Pickup & Storage

  • Please pick up your vehicle within 48 hours of job completion.
  • Storage fees may apply after 48 hours.
  • Vehicles left unpaid or unclaimed for more than 30 days may incur lien action.

6. Customer Belongings

Please remove all personal items before drop-off. We are not responsible for lost or damaged belongings left inside your vehicle.

7. Communication & Media

By contacting us, you consent to receive service-related emails, calls, or texts. With your permission, we may also photograph your vehicle for promotional purposes.

8. Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse service due to unsafe conditions, non-payment, or abusive behavior.

9. Updates to Terms

Terms may be updated at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
